Get to Know Me
With over 15 years as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and more than 20 years as a coach, I’ve honed an approach to helping people that focuses on thorough assessment, building meaningful relationships, and guiding individuals through the key stages needed to achieve their goals.
My approach adapts to what each person needs from their session. Some appreciate a motivating and detail-focused style, while others enjoy a more relaxed vibe, chatting about the weekend as a welcome distraction.
I’m a local, and when I’m not at the Studio, you’ll often find me on my gravel bike, exploring bush trails, or unwinding afterward with a cappuccino—or even a pale ale in hand.

Jordan is a Sydney University Graduate who is passionate about helping people improve their lives through exercise. In his own life, Jordan loves soccer, golf and rugby league and enjoys meeting interesting people from all walks of life.
Jordan’s eager to connect with the Allied Movement regulars, and looking forward to making a positive impact, helping as many people as possible along the way.
