Life is evolving. Goals are accomplished. Plans change. Although a lot of our clients have been coming for years, we welcome newcomers session by session. When you've got what you came for, you can move on, hassle free, to the next adventure.
Getting Started
It all starts with a chat. We want to know about all aspects of your health, and what you’re hoping to achieve. At the end of the chat, we come up with a plan for how to move you forward towards your goals. We call it an “exercise prescription” but it won’t be a hard pill to swallow.
You don’t need a GP referral, but we’ll keep your GP in the loop about your new plan.

Creating the Plan
Once we've had the Initial Consultation, it's time to move forward with your Exercise Prescription. This could be at home, at the gym, or even here at Allied Movement. We then discuss how often you'd like us to check in to see if any changes are needed.
Executing the Plan
Everyone is different and each person's plan will vary immensely. Group or Individual? Regular assessments or just the sessions? 3 times per week or once a month? It's normal to adjust as we progress by either increasing or decreasing sessions depending on needs.
