Semi Private

Small groups provide a fun and motivating environment where you can train alongside others while still receiving personalized attention.

Tailored exercises to fit your fitness level and goals while maintaining a supportive group dynamic. You'll benefit from the motivation of no more than 5 of your peers and the guidance of a professional. A cost effective alternative to one on one sessions.

Group Classes

Group classes offer motivation, expert guidance, a sense of community, and fun, structured workouts to help you stay on track with your goals.

Group classes run weekly and start at $22. Every class includes include aerobics, strength training, balance, flexibility, fall prevention, social interaction, and great music.
